These capacities allow for a variety of event styles including seated dinners, cocktail receptions, presentations, celebrations, and performances.

These enhancements may be added to your event:

  • Dance Floor: $300 

  • Dedicated Bartender: $250 

These items can be added during the planning process. 

DECOR & SETUP

Hosts are welcome to bring their own decorations and work with outside vendors for setup. Please note that decorations must not damage walls, floors, or furniture and all decorations must be removed at the end of the event

outside beverages

Outside wine is permitted with a corkage fee of:

  • $40 per 750ml bottle’

  • $35 after 6 bottles

  • $30 after 12 bottles

  • $60 per magnum

Wine only. Outside liquor is not permitted.

Photography & entertainment

Live Music 

Our booking team can coordinate live music tailored to the theme and energy of your event. Booking fee: $150 

Photography 

Photography services include event coverage and professionally edited images. 

Photography Rate: $250 per hour 
Minimum: 2 hours 

RENTAL TIME

Social events include 6 hours of total event time, including 60 minutes for setup and breakdown at no additional charge. Additional time may be added as follows: 

  • $200 per hour when arranged in advance 

  • $300 per hour for additional time requested on the day of the event
